At The Current Time, Is It Possible To Update A Blogger Hosted Blog In China?

Over April break this year, I am going to China with my school. I would really like to post a blog entry each night with an account of the day. I don't want to deal with the hassle of updating a site via Dreamweaver each night, so I was considering a Blogger based site. Does anyone know if the Chinese government currently allows access to Blogger? The government has lifted and reinstated the blocks several times in recent years and I was wondering what the current status was. Thank you in advance!

Answer:Why not host the site on your own computer (just leave it on while you're gone)? You can run WordPress on it.

will China Reach Its Own Type Of Industrial Revolution?

Resolved: China will present the same potential for Individual growth and prosperity that America did at the beginning of the industrial revolution at some point in the near future what are your reasons for being for or againstt this resolution Pro argument: while the government dose have tight control over china economy at the current time that control is slowly but surely waning, and as the economy continues to grow so will the peoples want for more economic freedom this will eventually lead to a period of mass economic expansion minoring that of the growth in America during the indestural revolution Con argument: while China may have the potential to reach a growth period like that of the indestull revolution in certain areas it will never,as a whole, reach that point because 1) far to much infrastructure needs to be developd and by the time the government gets around to developing one half of the country's infersrcture the othere half will have broken down.China is just to largee 2) Chinas culture dose not foster a competitive spirit it is to much "all for the whole" rathere then "all for one" and while the all fro one attitude comes with its own issues the reality is without it china will never seek to do things better 3) government is to central to chinas self identity and while the government it may relinquish some of its control it will always reserve the right to take it back. and the Chinese people do to this self identity will allow this. one must understand that while America was created in an effort to get away from government control the modern china was created because of government their for China will never reach as a whole the levels of economic and personal freedom as seen in the industrial revolution anything else anyone would want to add to eithere of the two arguments ?

Answer:4) I think that chinas society is aeging quickly and this will mean that the workforce will become less productive in the near future 5)its unclear that china can radically break with being an export low wage economy.
